I went to this show on Saturday night and it was so amazing. It is Cirque Du Soleil meets hip hop and break dancing. I only went because I found a deal for the show on travelzoo.com and when I left I was completely mesmerized by what just happened. I would highly recommend that if you get the opportunity to go see Cirque Eloize perform their show, "ID" then go and do it, you won't be disappointed.

Yes people he died on March 9th and it was not his birthday. So yesterday a bunch of people got their facts completely wrong and start tweeting "Happy Birthday Biggie".

I mean reeeeeaaaaalllly.... This is unacceptable behavior.

All of you who jumped on the Happy Birthday Biggie bandwagon are now grounded until further notice! You are also never aloud to enter into a hip hop debate or say that they are a true hip hop fan! Understood?!?!

Biggie was and still is, one of the most influential rappers of all time. I miss the days of his storytelling rap where his lyrics painted us such a brilliant picture. So please show him a little more respect next year and on March 9th tweet to the world you miss him, RIP, or we'll always love big poppa, not Happy Birthday. This was definitely an epic fail people!

As if that isn't enough there are also handcuff accessories, thigh high stockings and all the glam and sexiness that can possibly be packed into one show. I'm not usually a Louie fan but this is amazing...

After watching the show Lie to Me I was completely intrigued. This is a show based on the idea that all people have the same microexpressions or facial reactions to certain emotions. So immediately I went to Google and started researching microexpressions because if this was a real science then this could be a handy tool in life.

Turns out this is a real science and Dr. Paul Ekman has been working on it since 1960. He has countless books and even teaches workshops on learning to read microexpressions. Dr. Ekman says, "When people deliberately try to conceal their emotions (or unconsciously repress their emotions), a very brief–1/15 to 1/25 of a second– facial expression often occurs, invisible to nearly everyone. Despite efforts to conceal any sign of emotion that is felt, leakage may occur in very small hard to recognize fragmants of expression. These tiny changes also can occur when an emotion is just beginning, often before the person knows they are about to act emotionally."

So I am ready to learn all about how to become a human lie detector or at least learn if any of my boyfriends are lying to me. Powwwww........
